Col K.G. Ramani, One of the founding Directors of the Company, served in the Indian Army for 28 years. Has extensive combat experience and experience in gathering field Intelligence. And has extensive business experience and qualifications. Also served with Special Police Forces.

Col K.S. Ahluwalia, served in the Indian Army for 21 years. He was an Administrator and Coordinator in the Infantry Unit. Is also a qualified lawyer and holds a diploma in Personal Management and Industrial Relationships. Has also served in a senior position in the security department of Delhi Airport's Cargo Unit after retirement.

Col P.S. Rawat, served in the Indian Army for 25 years. He was an instructor in the Advanced Training Wing for tank gunnery in the Armoured Corps Centre and School. He has also served in a high altitude counter insurgency area in Kashmir.
