A leading MNC from the lube industry was having major problem across India where their products were being counterfeited rampantly.

The company wanted us to take necessary action to reduce the level of spurious activity.

We have been working with the company on a continual basis for more than five years. From the year in which we began when the level of availability of spurious was almost 50%, we have reduced this to as low as 10% today.

Case No: 2

One of the leading MNC in the automotive industry had serious problems of counterfeiting of some of their products which were being exported from India.

They wanted us to identify such parties and take necessary legal actions against them.

This is a continual action. We have in the space of last one year identified more than 12 major parties and brought necessary legal actions against them.
